Boiler Heated Homes
Air conditioning a boiler-heated home normally involves adding ductwork, registers, an air handler, a condenser, a coil and a thermostat. We have several design options.
No room for ductwork? We have split ductless systems AND high velocity mini-duct systems.
Forced Air Homes
We usually install a coil in the ductwork above the existing furnace and connect it to an air conditioning condenser located outside the home. Other upgrades may be required for proper system operation. We can tell you more as part of a free upgrade estimate.
